Meet the team – Our team have an average of more than 25 years’ experience in insight and strategy, including working agency and client-side in the charity sector, providing industry training via the Market Research Society and guest lecturing & insight course design for Lancaster University Management School.

Jeremy Rix OKO

Jeremy Rix, Managing Director

An industry-recognised expert in insight with 28 years’ experience as an agency-side consultant.

He delivers highly-rated training via the Market Research Society, guest lectures at Lancaster University Management School and is an accredited Unitive coach.

Having previously set up and sold other agencies, Jeremy established OKO to focus firmly on research for good.

Phil Codling, Insight Director

A senior strategist with 26 years as an internal and external analyst and consultant, including at Ovum and Datamonitor, and working on major innovations in the US for BT.

With a passion for the third sector, Phil also headed the Insight team at Guide Dogs for five years, before joining OKO.

Demetra Pallis, Associate

With a background in Social Psychology, Dee has 25 years’ experience working in insight and consulting for major agencies and data services groups.

Her keen interest in long-term business thinking and strategy has led her to post grad study in sustainability.
